Dancing Fool Illustration
I created this character illustration for a self-promotional project. Below you can see some of the steps taken to create this piece.
I often start an image like this by drawing using two different colored pencils, one for a rough sketch and the second to refine the image further. The rough color is removed through photoshop color balancing, leaving only the refined lines, then it’s time to drop it into illustrator to recreate the character in vector form. Finally, the image is completed with the addition of color. Viola, a Dancing Fool is born!
